Store Manager

Job Summary :

We are looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to oversee sales and operations across selected branches in Cairo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of field sales representatives, driving sales, and ensuring efficient store operations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic sales planning, and excellent customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, train, and provide guidance to the sales team across assigned territories.
• Set achievable sales targets and motivate the team to meet or exceed them.
• Monitor sales team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Collect customer feedback and provide insights to senior management.
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
• Implement a structured sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.
• Ensure sales targets set by management are met within assigned branches.
• Oversee stock management and timely stock refills in assigned branches.
