Network Operations & Support

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, and access points.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity issues.
• Provide Level 1 / 2 support for networking incidents, outages, and service requests.
• Assist in maintaining network diagrams, documentation, and topology maps.
