Job Title : Document Controller – Oil & Gas Sector (Aramco Experience Required)

Location : Saudi Arabia

Are you detail-oriented and experienced in handling documentation for large-scale oil and gas projects? We’re seeking a Document Controller with proven Aramco project experience to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy, security, and compliance of critical project documentation in line with Aramco standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and control the flow of documents (incoming and outgoing) to ensure timely distribution across project teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive document registers, logs, and filing systems (both electronic and hard copies) aligned with Aramco documentation protocols .
• Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution processes for technical documents, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensure full compliance with Aramco documentation procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements .
• Liaise closely with project engineers, contractors, suppliers, and Aramco representatives for document submissions and approvals.
• Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, transmittals, and project correspondence.
• Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate and readily retrievable documentation archives.
• Monitor document control KPIs and provide periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to project team members on document control processes and Aramco-specific requirements.
