GCP Resident Expert

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Resident to join our team. This role requires a strategic, hands-on cloud expert who will work closely with client teams to drive GCP adoption, guide architecture decisions, and ensure successful cloud implementations. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor throughout the cloud journey.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as an embedded GCP expert within the client’s IT team, guiding architecture, deployment, and optimization of GCP solutions
• Assess existing infrastructure, applications, and workloads and define the migration or modernization approach
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable GCP architectures aligned with business needs
• Lead infrastructure automation and CI / CD implementations using GCP-native tools
• Support teams with best practices on networking, security, IAM, data services, and cost optimization in GCP
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and upskilling of client team members through workshops and documentation
• Collaborate with Google Cloud and third-party service providers as needed
• Act as a technical escalation point and provide troubleshooting expertise across cloud environments
