As the Employer Branding Lead at Nawy Real Estate, you will be instrumental in shaping and promoting our company’s brand as an employer of choice. You will develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent who resonate with our culture and values.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute innovative employer branding strategies to enhance Nawy's reputation in the job market.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to create compelling content showcasing company culture, employee experiences, and success stories.
- Manage and optimize Nawy's presence on career websites, social media platforms, and job boards.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor branding efforts to position Nawy effectively.
- Analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives through metrics and feedback.
- Plan and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and community engagement initiatives to promote Nawy as an employer of choice.
Requirements
