Job description

Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with the company’s business strategy and technical landscape.

Define CRM architecture frameworks, solution design patterns, and configuration best practices for functional and technical teams to ensure consistent and efficient implementations.

Translate business and functional requirements into Dynamics 365 CRM technical specifications, ensuring solutions meet user needs and business objectives.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and the Dynamics 365 CRM solution design.

Continuously monitor advancements in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and related technologies, applying relevant updates and innovations to improve solution effectiveness and business value.

Evaluate and recommend CRM-related tools, ISV solutions, and integration approaches to optimize system performance, security, and scalability.

Lead the adoption of new Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform features and methodologies to maintain technical excellence and competitive advantage.

Participate in client meetings, solution presentations, and technical discussions to communicate how the proposed Dynamics 365 CRM solution addresses business challenges.

Ensure adherence to all security policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in every aspect of the role.

Guide and support less experienced team members by providing technical oversight, mentoring, and ensuring adherence to best practices within the Dynamics 365 CRM domain.

Requirements

Bachelor of engineering, computer science or any relevant field
7 to 10 years of experience in a relevant position.
Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Dynamics 365 customization tools (plugins, workflows, web resources).
Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) for extending and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions.
