Job description

Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) to meet specific business and functional requirements.

Develop plugins, workflows, and custom solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Dynamics CRM Software development Kit.

Create Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse integrations.

Support integration of Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST APIs.

Conduct data migrations, system testing, and performance tuning for deployed solutions.

Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate functional designs into technical solutions.

Assist in documenting technical specifications, configuration guides, and deployment steps.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

Stay up to date with the latest platform updates, best practices, and new features in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Ensure adherence to all security policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in every aspect of the role.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a relevant position.
