Job descriptionManage the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including user account creation, licensing, and group management. Oversee and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Online, including mail flow, distribution lists, and mailbox configurations. Implement and enforce security and compliance policies in Microsoft 365, such as retention policies, conditional access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business, including permissions management and integration. Monitor service health, manage alerts, and coordinate with Microsoft support as needed. Monitor and maintain network performance. Ensure network security through regular audits and monitoring. Work with ISPs and external vendors for connectivity issues or upgrades. Provide Level 2 / 3 technical support to employees and resolve escalated issues. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues across the organization. Support and guide employees on IT best practices. Implement and enforce IT policies aligned with organizational and regulatory standards. Monitor and mitigate risks, including malware, phishing, and unauthorized access attempts. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Support and maintain recruitment-specific software tools (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM tools). Collaborate with third-party vendors for software updates and troubleshooting. Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Lead or contribute to IT projects, such as cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and system integrations. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
System and Server Management :
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers.
- Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, and user account provisioning.
- Ensure proper backup and disaster recovery solutions are in place.

Experience
2–4 years in relevant role.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
