OVERVIEW :
Supports business growth initiatives by researching markets, preparing proposals, Conducting Outdoor Visits, Attend Events, and seminars, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Represent the Company Externally in Outdoor Visits, Events & Seminars Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Support client meetings and follow-ups to maintain engagement. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation strategies. Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant client data. Support negotiations and assist in closing deals. Ensure timely delivery of projects in coordination with technical teams.

- INTERPERSONAL SKILLS : Effective communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
- TECHNICAL SKILLS | CRM Tools : Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Data Analysis : Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and basic Power BI / Tableau knowledge.
- Market Research : Familiarity with Google Trends, SEMrush, or SimilarWeb.
- Proposal Writing : Skilled in Microsoft Word, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Presentation Tools : Advanced PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Prezi expertise.
- Digital Marketing Basics : Understanding Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Project Management : Experience with Asana, Trello, or Jira for task coordination.
- Lead Generation : Use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or ZoomInfo.
- Email Marketing : Knowledge of Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
- Contract Management : Basic understanding of DocuSign or PandaDoc.
