Talent Acquisition Recruiter

• Identify hiring needs : Work closely with departments to determine staffing requirements.
• Developrecruitment strategies : Create effective plans to attract qualified candidates.
• Sourcecandidates : Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals) to find potential hires.
• Screenresumes : Review applications and select qualified candidates for interviews.
• Conductinterviews : Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinatehiring process : Schedule interviews, administer assessments, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Extend offers : Prepare and negotiate employment offers.
• Onboarding : Assist with new hire orientation and paperwork.
