نظرة عامة على الوظيفة :

شواغر وظيفية محصيل ديون هاتفي في القاهرة، مصر . هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل ، يكون فيها الموظف مسؤولًا عن التواصل مع العملاء المتأخرين في السداد والتفاوض بشأن ترتيبات الدفع.

يجب أن يتمتع المرشح الناجح بمهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض ، وأخلاقيات عمل قوية، والقدرة على التعامل مع المحادثات الصعبة بمهنية. يلعب هذا الدور دورًا حيويًا في الحفاظ على الصحة المالية للمؤسسة.

المهام والمسؤوليات :

التواصل مع العملاء المتأخرين في السداد عبر الهاتف.

التفاوض بشأن خطط الدفع وتسويات المبالغ المستحقة ضمن الإرشادات المحددة.

الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع الاتصالات وترتيبات الدفع.

العمل بشكل وثيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لحل استفسارات ومشكلات العملاء.

تحقيق أو تجاوز الأهداف الشهرية للتحصيل.

الالتزام بجميع السياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بالشركة فيما يتعلق بممارسات التحصيل.

تصعيد الحالات المعقدة إلى الإدارة عند الحاجة.

تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة مع الحفاظ على أسلوب مهني ومتعاطف.

المؤهلات المطلوبة :

وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال تحصيل الديون أو دور مشابه.

مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والتعامل مع الآخرين.

قدرات قوية على حل المشكلات والانتباه للتفاصيل.

القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.

إجادة استخدام أنظمة الكمبيوتر والبرامج ذات الصلة.

إجادة اللغة العربية و الإنجليزية بشكل تام.

مستوى عالٍ من المهنية والسلوك الأخلاقي.

القدرة على التعامل مع المواقف الصعبة والحفاظ على الهدوء.
