MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Study and understand existing services and products current features and powerfully present
how it achieves client’s business needs and success.
Expand, develop, and maintain BCT client’s database in different industries by all the possibletechniques.
Ensure existing and potential client’s satisfaction and building rapport for future opportunitiesby providing support, information, and recommending solutions.
Achieve sales target ensuring deal closure.Prepares relevant reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing, and evaluating data for betteridentification of business opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients, andensure the successful promotion of the company’s services and products
Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignmentbetween products and services offerings and client needs.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by working closely with support teams to addressany post-sales issues or concerns.
Ensure adherence to all security policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, integrity,and compliance in every aspect of the role.
Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration, computer science or any relevant fieldEffective NegotiationsOrganizational AwarenessCustomer focusEXPERIENCE LEVEL :
At least 1 year of experience in relevant function.Experiences in IT companies is a must.
