We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to optimize our digital acquisition efforts across paid channels. You will play a key role in scaling our customer base, improving ROI, and driving measurable growth through performance marketing campaigns.

This role requires deep expertise in paid media platforms, strong analytical skills, and a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution :

Develop, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic networks.

Continuously optimize campaigns for conversions, cost-efficiency, and scalability using A / B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.

Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and produce regular performance reports to inform strategy and stakeholder decisions.

Own and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.

Work closely with product, design, and data teams to align messaging, landing pages, and user journeys with campaign goals.

Utilize marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms to track and measure performance.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
