Job descriptionCRM (HubSpot / Salesforce) — mastered, not just used LinkedIn, cold email tools, call scripts, automation — whatever works AI tools that give you a head start (we’ll train you, then you’ll weaponize them) Sales dashboards — because numbers are how you win Have 1–3 years in B2B sales or SaaS (or just sell like you’ve been doing it forever) Are comfortable pitching technical AI products to non-technical buyers Love targets, thrive under pressure, and talk KPIs like a second language Don’t cry over rejections — you just reload and fire again Need someone to tell you what to do every hour Think “busy” = “productive” Hate being measured Prefer long coffee breaks over short sales cycles Real product. Real impact. No BS AI fluff. Commission structure that rewards killers Mentorship from a Sales Team Lead who doesn’t accept mediocrity A seat on the rocket — no passengers, just crew
