Job description

Achieve planned sales goals.

Set individual sales targets with the sales team.

Lead orientations with team for brokers companies.

Develop, implement sales plans.

Follow up Leads feedback.

Track sales goals and report results as necessary.

Oversee sales activities and performance of the sales team.

Deliver ongoing training and coaching for the sales team.

Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

Promote the organization and products.

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Analyze sales activities and set performance measures to support decision making.

Prepare reports for management about Team performance.

Develop new business opportunities to maximize sales revenue.

Other duties may be added.

Requirements

Experience in the same field (Real Estate) not less than 10 years.

Experience in the same title not less than 3 years.

Experience in Zayed area.

Must have a car.

Preferable to be a resident of Sheik Zayed.
