Hands-on experience with Odoo or similar ERP / warehouse management systems. Strong communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality standards relevant to warehouse operations. Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites (e.g., Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh) if required.

Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our client’s team in Mokattam.
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods for smart technology projects in hotels and luxury compounds.
This role requires hands-on experience with inventory management systems (Odoo or similar ERP), strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and packing materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Odoo or similar ERP systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, transporters, and project teams.
- Optimize warehouse layout and ensure safe, efficient utilization of space.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and security procedures.
- Collaborate with procurement, project, and technical teams to ensure timely material availability for ongoing operations and projects.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.
