The GYM Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fitness facility. This role involves ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining operational excellence, and implementing strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the gym, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members.
- Supervise and lead the gym staff to deliver exemplary customer service and achieve operational targets.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Design strategies to increase membership and improve member engagement through innovative programs and events.
- Monitor gym performance metrics and prepare regular reports detailing operational performance, member satisfaction, and financial reports.
- Maintain equipment, ensure proper use, and coordinate timely repairs and maintenance.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback from members professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial operations related to the gym.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the gym and its services effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in sports management, business administration, or a related field.Proven experience in gym management or a similar role within the fitness industry.Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and member experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze operational metrics and develop strategies for improvement.Understanding of fitness trends and the ability to implement innovative programs.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and gym management software.Flaunt English is a must.
