SAP ABAP / ABAP on HANA Consultant

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a ⁠⁠⁠SAP ABAP / ABAP on HANA Consultant for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.

This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and test ABAP applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, forms, and other objects.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ABAP related issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize ABAP code for performance and scalability, particularly in HANA environments.
• Work with SAP HANA features such as SQL Script, CDS views, and AMDPs.
• Develop and consume OData services for integration with other systems.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP ABAP and HANA technologies and best practices.
• Manage small to medium-sized development projects.
