Job Description
- Develop and implement a regional direct sales plan to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability
targets.
Identify and acquire new industrial customers while maintaining and expanding relationshipswith existing key accounts in the region.
Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and long-term supply agreements with industrial clients.Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Technical Support, and Finance teams toensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market dynamics, customer trends, and competitor activities within the region toidentify new opportunities and support strategic decisions.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance analysis, and regular business updates tomanagement.
Support marketing and product teams in launching new products and developing tailoredsolutions for industrial clients.
Lead, mentor, and develop a small sales team, fostering a high-performance, customer-focusedculture.
Ensure compliance with company policies, credit terms, and ethical sales practices.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).8–10 years of proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in lubricants, petroleum, orchemical sectors.
Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving regional sales growth.Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.High level of initiative, ownership, and ability to work independently.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
