Job description

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultants for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.

This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

SAP SF EC With Time Tracking Experience

Professionally or Associate level Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central with Time Tracking experience.
Experience in HR / HCM projects.
Experience and knowledge of Employee Central (EC) including implementation strategies, data and reporting.
Experience in Integration Centre, SuccessFactors APIs.
Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration workbook, giving Proof of Concepts.

SAP SF Compensation Consultant

To gather and challenge business requirement and drive workshops.

Write and present the detailed functional specifications.

Validate development during qualification tests.

Support Capgemini development team during technical design and development phase.

Support business team during UAT Tests.

Good To Have Skills -SAFe, Agile.

Must Have Skills - Business Analyst, Agile Knowledge.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.

Must have handled minimum two end to end SF implementations

Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.

Good hands-on experience on SuccessFactors integrations.

Effective communication skills and able to relay information well in both written and verbal form.

A good understanding of product business know-how would be an advantage.

Good interpersonal interaction and able to work well with the team and Client stakeholders.
