We are seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team at Five Degrees , a company specialized in high-end fit-out and finishing solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role responsible for driving business growth, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining strong relationships within the construction and design sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out and finishes sector
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with internal departments (design, estimation, operations) for alignment
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Ensure high client satisfaction and manage after-sales follow-up
Requirements
4–6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the fit-out, finishes, or construction industryStrong background in B2B project sales and client relationship managementBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldStrong understanding of the fit-out and finishes marketExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsCapable of managing a full sales pipeline and closing high-value dealsProficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivated and results-orientedMust own a vehicle and have a valid driver's licenseA strong network in the construction and design sectors is a plus
