In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily telesales operations, providing guidance and support to team members, and implementing strategies to increase sales performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage a team of telesales agents to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and sales techniques of team members.

Requirements
