Job descriptionEngineering background (Industrial / Mechanical / Chemical preferred) Hands-on experience in a quality role Previous experience in non-woven fabrics manufacturing is a strong advantage Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement Strong reporting and teamwork capabilities
Role Summary :
Ensure product quality, monitor process performance, and lead initiatives to enhance operational excellence and product standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inspect raw materials and finished goods
- Analyze and report on quality metrics (OEE, defects)
- Lead root-cause analysis and process improvements
- Document and present technical reports
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams
