Job Description
Initial Diagnosis & Troubleshooting
Analyze industry and demand trends to identify sourcing needs and opportunities.
Check company catalogs and / or websites to include new products in the range.
Associate all products to the car park with each part number to measure performance and foresee growth opportunities.
Repair Order Allocation
Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements.
Negotiate prices with vendors.
Workshop Productivity Optimization
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns.
Ensure regular supplier stock in company branches and take corrective actions through the system.
Service Quality Assurance
Support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
Ensure purchased products and supplier services meet company standards and requirements.
Ensure all spare parts sourcing and purchasing activities focus on European brands to meet company demand.
Customer Complaint Resolution
Address and resolve supplier-related issues that could affect supply continuity or customer satisfaction.
Technical Reporting & Documentation
Prepare purchasing and stock control reports.
Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, supplier agreements, and corrective actions.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Prepare / revise monthly budgets (sales / purchasing) and recommend corrective actions.
Provide reports on supplier performance, purchasing efficiency, and stock availability.
Requirements
Education
BSc in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics ).
Experience
From 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant position.
Previous experience in spare parts purchasing, especially European brands .
Technical Skills
Solid technical knowledge of spare parts.
Ability to analyze industry trends and product catalogs.
Proficiency in preparing purchasing and stock control reports.
Management & Coordination Skills
Strong negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers.
Experience in monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues.
Capability to support sourcing strategy development and implementation.
Personal & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Problem-solving and complaint resolution abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
