Job descriptionPromote companies’ products / services by understanding and addressing clients' objectives. Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. Lead and mentor an entry-level team to support the successful implementation of company strategies. Strong business development and market research expertise. Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills. The ability to communicate both technical and non-technical concepts. High intelligence quotient, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet goals effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, presentation tools, CRM, Power BI, and other relevant software tools. Ability to work proactively and under pressure, maintaining performance in stressful and uncertain environments. Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field). 7-10 years of proven experience in business development and / or sales, preferably within the energy sector or a related industry. Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

- Conduct thorough business research to identify new markets and emerging customer needs.
Organize and lead business development meetings with prospective clients to explore new opportunities.
