HR Generalist

Job Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Administer payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management for factory / field employees.
• Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve issues professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee disciplinary actions, terminations, and exit interviews.
• Conduct orientation sessions and assist in training coordination.
• Manage HR reports, KPIs, and performance evaluations.
