Master Technician (Ford)

As a Ford Master Technician, you will be the expert in our workshop, responsible for diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles to the highest factory standards. Key Duties :

• Complex Diagnostics and Repairs : Perform in-depth diagnostics and repairs on all Ford vehicle systems, ensuring every job is done right the first time.
• Technical Leadership : Utilize Ford's diagnostic tools and stay up-to-date on all training and Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) to remain at the forefront of your field.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all repairs meet Ford's strict warranty and safety standards.
• Mentorship : Act as a mentor, providing support and training to junior technicians to help them develop their skills.
• Communication : Clearly communicate repair needs and solutions to service staff and customers.
