Overview

We are currently seeking a Tools Maintenance Section Head to join our client's Engineering Department. This leadership role is pivotal in overseeing die maintenance, jig and fixture manufacturing, and ensuring high-quality tooling processes that support operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring technical excellence, leadership capabilities, and a passion for innovation in tooling and manufacturing.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic & Engineering Leadership

• Lead the planning and execution of strategic tooling and dies maintenance.
• Develop and evaluate engineering plans for the manufacture of jigs, dies, and fixtures.
• Ensure timely manufacturing of new dies and availability for production schedules.
