HR Business Partner Section Head - Warehouses

The job holder will serve as the primary HR focal point at B.TECH warehouses, acting as the first line of support for all employees on-site. He / she will be responsible for addressing employees’ inquiries, requests, and concerns, while ensuring accurate and timely execution of HR processes and services.

Onboarding and Offboarding

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation, required logistics and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth clearance of employees.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Years of experience : From 5 to 7 years only.
