We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BMS Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This role involves driving sales of Building Management Systems (BMS) through technical expertise and relationship-building with clients. The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth of our organization by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their BMS requirements and provide expert advice.
- Conduct on-site assessments and technical evaluations of buildings to create customized BMS solutions.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of BMS solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support during the bidding and post-sales process.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in BMS technology to maintain competitive edge and product knowledge.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.Proven experience in sales or technical sales within the construction or building management industry.Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems, KNX, and related technologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals and budget.Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to closing sales.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
