Job Description
The Senior Fundraising Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth of financial and in-kind resources by expanding the organization’s donor and sponsor base. The role involves managing donor relationships, strengthening partnerships with private sector entities, and implementing effective fundraising initiatives aligned with the organization’s sustainability goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, sponsorship development, or sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in proposal writing and presentation preparation.
- Solid research and data analysis capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet fundraising targets.
- Training in fundraising and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
