RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the full project management lifecycle — from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Help create clear action plans, making sure everyone on the project team is aligned and on track.
- Contribute to monitoring progress, preparing key reports (inception, interim, and final), and ensuring transparency for all stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze project data to highlight successes and areas for improvement.
- Join in lessons-learned sessions, helping shape best practices for future projects.
- Play an active role in building a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement at iCareer.
REQUIREMENTS
Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.Experience : Around 2–3 years of experience in education or employment projects — internships, volunteering, or entry-level roles all count.Tech skills : Comfortable with Google Suite / MS Office, especially Spreadsheets / Excel (if pivot tables and formulas don’t scare you, that’s a plus!)People skills : Great at communicating and collaborating with stakeholders.Organization & detail : You enjoy keeping things on track and have an eye for detail, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.Mindset : Analytical, proactive, and curious — someone who loves solving problems and is excited to keep learning and growing.BENEFITS
