ELV Presales Engineer - IFMI

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Senior presales in the low current system, including but not limited to CCTV, AC, FA, PA, Intrusion detection, and VMS, to join our team in Saudi Arabia remotely from Egypt & should have the following capabilities :

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronic engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in ELV bidding, including Structured cabling, ICT, ELV, Security, AV, GRMS, … etc.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills in both English & Arabic.
• Microsoft Office and other relevant software / tools for proposal development and project
• Work the bid process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with bid requirements.
• Knowledge of government or enterprise-level RFPs, RFQs, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure that all bid-related documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Communicate with related vendors to get the requested quotations related to the bid
• Preparation of detailed technical & commercial proposals in response to the RFPs.
• Take complete ownership of the bid lifecycle, managing it from RFP receipt to proposal submission.
• Strong understanding of bid management processes and best practices.
• Technical training / certifications in leading ICT / ELV / AV Systems
• Conduct post-bid analysis to identify the requested brands that meet the RFP requirements
• Perform additional tasks assigned.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, ..etc.).
• CCNA, CCNP is preferred.
