الوصف الوظيفيEnhance the Customer Experience for (online -Contact Center – B2B- Market place) Analyze the sales channels, customer behavior, satisfaction, and pain points through observation, surveys, and feedback analysis Calculate and analyze customer complains to improve customer retention % Collaborate with stakeholders' operations, merchandising, and design teams to optimize the Online environment and customer journey Review the customer complaints and customer negative feedback from all channels
Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree
- Years of experience : From 1 to 3
- Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM)
- Excellent in Microsoft Package.
- Very. Good English.
