Job Opportunity : Logistics Assistant Manager "Female " (Import & Export)

Vceram shop looking for a Logistics Assistant Manager specializing in Import and Export to join our team. location : Dokii _ Giza

Job Title : Logistics Assistant Manager – Import & Export

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate all import and export operations smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage shipments by tracking with agents, suppliers, and customers
  • Handle and organize all import / export documentation.
  • Working on Nafza.
  • Work with logistics systems, including DHL and Aramex, to create and manage shipments
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports on shipment activities and performance

Required Skills :

  • Strong organizational skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills : Confidence in dealing with customers, agents, and internal teams
  • Technical proficiency : Solid knowledge of logistics software and import / export systems (DHL, Aramex, or similar)
