We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Team Leader (Fit-Out) to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate site activities while ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld. The Site Team Leader will play a pivotal role in leading a skilled team, minimizing project disruptions, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve project objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the on-site fit-out team to ensure project deliverables are met within budget and on schedule.
- Coordinate site operations, including supervising subcontractors, managing labor resources, and scheduling work sequences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure alignment and address any concerns promptly.
- Prepare and manage daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation of onsite activities and issues.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and project progress.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in fit-out projects within the construction industry, preferably in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations.Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and subcontractors.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.Relevant construction certification or degree in a related field.
