الوصف الوظيفيCoordinate the daily activities of the operations team, ensuring all tasks are executed effectively. Monitor workflow and efficiency of operations, implementing improvements as necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant real estate regulations. Manage the acquisition, leasing, and disposal of properties to maximize portfolio performance. Oversee property maintenance and tenant relations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Prepare and present reports on property performance, market conditions, and operational metrics. Assist in preparing and managing the operational budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings. Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions. Stay updated on real estate industry trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company and its assets. Implement and enforce safety standards to protect staff and properties. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Address and resolve any operational issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate operations or property management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and local laws. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in financial analysis and budget management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage client expectations. Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with real estate management and reporting tools. Relevant certifications in real estate or property management (e.g., CPM, RPA) are a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure. Strong ethical standards and a professional demeanor.
