As a Sales Development Representative at Pipeline Gurus, you play a crucial role in driving growth by leveraging your expertise in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) (CRM, HRMS, finance, ERP, project management, etc.) . Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, leading sales efforts, and conducting market analyses to identify growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities :
- Execute proactive outbound prospecting and lead management through various channels, including calling, emailing, and social media touches.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify potential opportunities in the technology sector, with a specific focus on cloud sales.
- Develop and nurture executive relationships, introducing potential customers to our team.
- Apply best practices across the organization to deliver against business priorities and needs.
- Daily quantitative & qualitative reporting.
Requirements
Proven track record of 3-5 years of experience in sales / business development in the technology sector, with a strong emphasis on cloud sales .Extensive experience with CRM, HRMS, finance and ERP demonstrating a deep understanding of their features and benefits to potential customers.Demonstrated ability to negotiate, close deals, and consistently meet / exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills to identify sales opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and conduct market analyses.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, and partners.Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.Ability to work independently, remotely, and as part of a cross-functional team in a global environment.Proven experience working with enterprise clients across multiple domains and verticals.Familiarity and proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
