Customer Support - One Year Intern (French Speaker) - Urgently Hiring!

About this Position

The position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), in the Marketing & Sales Process specifically handling the operation of Customer Service.

What you´ll do

• First line of contact for Henkel Adhesive Technologies Customers (Mobility & Electronics, Craftsmen, Construction & Professional and Packaging &Consumer Goods), responding to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Identify the application and product and to redirect Customers with the appropriate SBU and department
• Build relationships with key contacts within Henkel business units to define workflow processes (handling business to business)
• Identify prospect customers, collect all relevant information and redirect to the correct department and SBU

Regular contact and steer the cooperation with stakeholders and Technical Support teams.
