In a fully remote role within the telecommunications and fiber-optic industry , we are actively seeking a ServiceNow Support Engineer to strengthen our long-term project team. You will be working with a fast-growing client that is shaping the future of digital infrastructure across Germany.

You’ll become a key member of an experienced, cross-functional support and operations team focused on ensuring the stability and performance of a tailored ServiceNow implementation. The team collaborates closely with the client's internal stakeholders to continuously optimize service processes and system functionalities.

This is you

• Proven experience in supporting and configuring the ServiceNow platform
• Deep expertise with the following mandatory ServiceNow modules :
• Field Service Management (FSM)
• Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Technology Business Management (TBNI)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive attitude
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
