Chief HR Officer (Financial Services), Cairo Egypt

Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief HR Officer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As the Chief HR Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within our financial services company. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for all employees, ensuring a diverse and qualified workforce
• Develop and maintain employee policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
• Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve our HR policies and practices
• Manage and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Experience in managing and developing a team of HR professionals
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
