Al Rugaib’s business idea centers around enhancing everyday living through thoughtfully curated home environments, focusing on accessibility, variety, and reliability. The primary target audience includes middle- to upper-income households, young professionals setting up homes, and design-conscious consumers across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.

نبحث عن منسق توصيل للانضمام إلى فريقنا في المملكة العربية السعودية

ستكون مسؤولاً عن متابعة وتنظيم عمليات التوصيل اليومية مع ضمان أفضل تجربة للعملاء.

المسؤوليات :

  • التواصل المستمر مع العملاء لتأكيد الطلبات ومتابعة مواعيد التوصيل.
  • تنسيق عمليات التوصيل والتأكد من دقة التنفيذ وسرعته.
  • استخدام أنظمة الـ ERP لتسجيل الطلبات ومتابعة حالة التسليم.
  • معالجة أي ملاحظات أو شكاوى من العملاء بشكل احترافي وسريع.
  • التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والعمليات لتحقيق رضا العملاء.

المتطلبات :

  • بكالوريوس فأعلى في تخصصات الإدارة، اللوجستيات، الحاسب الآلي، الهندسة الصناعية.

    • الأولوية للتخصصات التالية :

  • الهندسة الصناعية
  • نظم المعلومات
  • إدارة سلاسل الإمداد
  • خبرة مثبتة في خدمة العملاء أو التنسيق اللوجستي.
  • إتقان استخدام أنظمة الـ ERP.
  • مهارات عالية في التواصل وحل المشكلات.
  • القدرة على التنظيم والعمل تحت الضغط.
  • الالتزام بتقديم تجربة عملاء مميزة.
