Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, feedback, and concerns, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Compliance : Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- HR Administration : Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Experienced in Payroll & Personnel.
- Has strong knowledge of the Egyptian labor law.
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.

Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.Maximum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.Strong understanding of HR practices, labor legislation, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.High level of integrity and professionalism.Preferred Skills :
Experience with employee training and development programs.Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
