Job Summary

SSC HR Solutions is looking for a dedicated and dynamic HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle various HR responsibilities, onboarding and compliance. You will play a critical role in facilitating a positive organizational culture and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, feedback, and concerns, fostering a supportive work environment.
• Compliance : Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
• HR Administration : Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Experienced in Payroll & Personnel.
• Has strong knowledge of the Egyptian labor law.
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
