الوصف الوظيفيAssess organizational and individual training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations.Design, develop, and implement training programs and materials (e.g., manuals, guides, e-learning content).Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques.Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.Maintain training records and track employee progress in learning management systems (LMS).Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.Monitor industry trends and best practices in training and development.Assist with compliance training and ensure all mandatory certifications are up to date.Support diversity, equity, and inclusion training initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.2–5 years of experience in HR training, instructional design, or a related field.
