Operations is the beating heart of Amazon. This key part of our business makes sure we fulfill and dispatch orders efficiently so that our customers get their items on time. As EGY Network losses PM, you’ll be working in collaboration with both Operations and Central NL teams in identifying gaps while keeping strong control on losses triggered by operations utilizing tech, tools and metrics developed by ROW central program.
Key job responsibilities
- Work closely with the central NL program team to implement tech enablement, standardization of metrics, processes, and review mechanisms.
- Analyze deviations from ideal processes and develop strategies to minimize losses triggered by operational misses.
- Drive coordination with operational leaders and partners, utilizing tools and metrics developed by the central program.
- Break down loss buckets by assignable causes and develop input metrics to track and improve performance.
- Represent EGY Operations NL losses in WBR / MBR cadences and and collaborate on improvement initiatives with wider stakeholders outside operations
- Regularly report on progress, challenges, and opportunities in network loss reduction to senior management.
- Adapt and implement best practices from other markets to the local context.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
