Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our commercial team. This role is instrumental in identifying business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and delivering customized solutions in the construction and project sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales engineering, particularly in the B2B space, and be eager to contribute to a growing sales pipeline through strategic engagement.
Primary Responsibilities :
Sales and Client Engagement
- Represent the company and its offerings with in-depth product knowledge and confidence.
- Generate new leads and actively pursue sales opportunities in the construction and project sectors.
- Adjust and tailor sales techniques based on client interactions and market responses.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, developers, and consultants.Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the entire sales cycle.Respond to client needs with timely and customized technical and commercial proposals.Market Research & Business Development
Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.Develop strategies to penetrate designated markets and expand business reach.Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.Operational Sales Activities
Ensure consistency in client visits, follow-up calls, and sales documentation.Prepare and deliver professional quotations, presentations, and pricing proposals.Track sales metrics to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual quotas.Key Behavioral Competencies
