The Talent Acquisition Specialist at our organization will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategies and attracting top talent in the Food & Beverages industry. This position requires a creative thinker who can navigate a dynamic market to build a robust talent pipeline, enhancing our company's growth and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Post jobs on all available sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment websites and other social media sites.
- Handle direct sourcing channels (Walk in) in all regions.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
- Perform reference checks as needed.
- Manage onboarding and new hiring process.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Search for the paid sources such as recruitment agencies, recruitment websites to recommend better new sources and deal with and analyze current recruitment websites (Forasna / Wuzzuf ).
- Prepare a pool of qualified candidates in advance for the critical positions (High turnover).
- Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of all assigned requisitions with quality talent.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degreeMinimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.Experience in hiring White & Blue collars is a must.Excellent command of English.Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing tools and platformsWorking knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.Hands-on experience in attracting top talent using social media marketing and other creative channels and techniques.Ability to multitask with focus on time and quality.Excellent English language skillsGood reporting skills and ability to use MS Office applications (Excel PowerPoint...etc.) effectively.BENEFITS
