Job descriptionRegularly monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics against predefined targets. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Leverage analytics to support strategic planning and decision-making. Provide data-driven insights to inform business strategies. Work closely with sales and business units to improve sales processes and enhance funnel efficiency. Implement best practices to optimize sales performance. Collaborate with the product team to improve product efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure product enhancements align with commercial objectives. Develop and implement multiple demand acquisition initiatives. Collaborate with performance marketing, sales, and other relevant departments. Continuously assess market needs, trends, and competition. Identify and align new business opportunities with organizational goals. Develop strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in the market. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing business needs. 4-6 years of experience in a relevant role, such as commercial strategy, marketing, or business analysis. Proven experience in leading strategic commercial initiatives. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and profitability. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and team leadership. Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
The Commercial Strategy Lead is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic commercial initiatives aimed at optimizing profitability and achieving organizational goals across all business units. This position involves extensive collaboration with various departments to align operational processes, enhance commercial tools and procedures, and drive business growth.

- Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive commercial plans that align with company profit and loss (P&L) objectives.
- Ensure plans are strategically sound and effectively implemented.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Foster teamwork and effective communication across the organization.
