Azure Lead Platform Engineer

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an Azure Lead Platform Engineer  for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.

This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

Responsibilities :

• Lead your teams as they design, develop, and maintain platforms using Azure services, adhering to best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Design and deploy Windows and Linux servers following infrastructure as code and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Use configuration management tooling to automate the deployment and configuration of third-party software products.
• Design, deploy and administer Container Orchestration environments following infrastructure as code and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Design, deploy and maintain Container based solutions.
• Lead other platform engineers, providing guidance and mentoring to help others improve their skills.
• Measure your team performance against industry benchmarks.
• Peer review code, ensuring it is of high quality, well-structured, and maintainable.
• Lead a community of like-minded engineers to ensure we learn from one another and continuously improve our practices.
